Those invited to participate in the editions of LSDD Magazine, in any of our sections, whether a natural person, with or without business activity, or a legal entity, are contacted, and their interview, article, or advertising material is published if they previously accepted through any of our communication channels. This fact is free of charge. We do not charge for press releases, interviews, or advertising when we have been previously contact they to promote any of the modalities mentioned above for free. By agreeing to grant us an interview or publish an article in your name or in the name of a product, brand, or company you own, you wholly agree that you will not receive royalties and/or commissions for the sales of the LSDD Magazine Edition where it is published.
Terms and Conditions for our Advertisers.
Dear Advertiser:
Once your advertising space has been purchased, your ad will appear immediately in the next Issue of LSDD Magazine and will continue to appear in future editions during your selected subscription period. Our Magazine is bimonthly, and the launching dates during the year are as follows:
January 1st (January – February Issue)
March 1st (March – April Issue)
May 1st (May – June Issue)
July 1st (July – August Issue)
September 1st (September – October Issue)
November 1st (November – December Issue)
The purchase of this ad, single and double pages, entitles you to appear in the following three (3) or six (6) issues of LSDD Magazine, depending on the period you have purchased.
The ad space you purchase will only be published in the English Issues of this Magazine.
If you wish to purchase an ad that will run in the Spanish Issues, you must buy at:

FEME COMPANY S.A. and LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE shall not be responsible for the content of the advertisements nor for reviewing whether or not the advertising material complies with the applicable legislation at the time of publication. The agency and the advertiser requesting the publication of advertising space are obliged to comply with applicable law and, in case of any claim in this regard, shall hold harmless FEME COMPANY S.A. and REVISTA LSDD DIGITAL and also cover any costs or fines that may be generated in this regard.
FEME COMPANY S.A. and LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE reserve the right at their absolute discretion not to publish and suspend any publication if the advertising material does not comply with the provisions of applicable laws and its content is offensive to its readers, contrary to morals and good customs, and its interests, without any liability on its part.
You will be fully refunded the amount you have paid if we do not accept your content. In case your content is published in the first edition after your purchase, you tell us that you do not want to appear in the following editions covered by your purchase; you will not be refunded the amount paid, either in whole or in part.

OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Any person or entity participating in our Affiliate Program must accept and adhere to this Operating Agreement for the LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE Affiliate Program without making any changes or modifications. By joining or using Our Affiliate Program, YOU agree to this Agreement, including the Program Policies expressly incorporated. Please read the Program Policies carefully.
LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE AFFILIATE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The LSDD Digital Magazine Affiliate Program rewards each AFFILIATE with a 20% commission for the Successful Purchase of each Edition of the LSDD Digital Magazine made by a User/Customer through the UNIQUE COUPON that has been assigned to YOU.
In the same way, you will be rewarded with a 20% commission for the Successful Purchase of any Subscription that a User/Client acquires/purchases through the UNIQUE COUPON that has been assigned to YOU.

YOU can choose the Payment Method where you want to receive the Payment of your commission for each Purchase Successfully Made or agree directly with Our Team to decide on its Terms and Conditions through our Contact information.
CLIENTS OF LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE AND ITS SUBDOMAINS
Our CLIENTS are not and do not become your CLIENTS under their participation in the Affiliate Program; these are and will be your REFERENCES. Accordingly, as between YOU and US, all prices, conditions of sale, rules, policies and operating procedures relating to CUSTOMER orders, CUSTOMER Service and product sales listed on the Site of the LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE and its SUBDOMAINS will also apply to said CLIENTS and may be modified at any time. If any of our CLIENTS contacts you for a matter related to interaction and/or purchases on the LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE website and/or its SUBDOMAINS, you must indicate to the CLIENTS (your REFERENCES) that they are obliged to follow the Contact Instructions that appear on our WEBSITES to deal with issues related to your purchase, or any other concern.
GUARANTEE
YOU represent, guarantee and agree to participate in the Affiliate Program and maintain or operate with its UNIQUE COUPON under the provisions of this Agreement.
That neither your participation in the Affiliate Program nor the maintenance or exploitation of your UNIQUE COUPON will violate the laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, licenses, permits, guidelines, codes of conduct and any of the provisions of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS (including all regulatory standards on data protection, advertising and marketing).
The Products, Logos, Information, and everything Exhibited on our Websites are the property of LSDD Digital Magazine and its Subdomains.
That you are empowered and have the legal capacity to BECOME A MEMBER (for example, that YOU are not a minor).
That you have evaluated and decided to participate in our Affiliate Program and have stated that you agree with what is expressly included in this Agreement.
IDENTIFICATION AS AN AFFILIATE
Each AFFILIATE will be assigned a UNIQUE COUPON, which will identify it on our websites each time a purchase is made through it, as well as its Referral links, Campaigns, etc.

TERM AND RESOLUTION
This Agreement will become effective for YOU, and its term will begin to run once you have registered or used our Affiliate Program. Either YOU or we may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you written notice using our Contact Details. In such case, the resolution of the Agreement will be understood as effective and will take effect seven (7) calendar days from the date on which said notification is made. YOU may notify the termination of this Agreement through our Contact Information or by logging into your AFFILIATE ACCOUNT and selecting the option to close your ACCOUNT.
After the termination of this Agreement, if YOU decide to terminate your Agreement as an AFFILIATE, you must consider that Before Closing your ACCOUNT, the balance of the commissions received must have been previously transferred to the account YOU selected. After Closing your ACCOUNT, any existing balance will be retained until YOU agree with our Customer Service to be transferred to the account that YOU expressly tell us in writing.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify any of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained in this Agreement, at any time and our sole discretion, by posting a change notice on our Websites. The effective date of said change will be the date indicated in the web message.
The notification of changes will take effect 7 calendar days after the notice is publicly posted on our Websites.
YOUR CONTINUATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM AFTER THE DATE OF EFFECT OF THE CORRESPONDING MODIFICATION (7 CALENDAR DAYS), WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFICATIONS MADE.
IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY REMEDY SHALL BE TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE AFFILIATE WALLET

The minimum funds to transfer to your Affiliate Wallet is $14.95. The funds you move to your Wallet can only be used to make purchases within our LSDD DIGITAL MAGAZINE website.
After these funds have been transferred, you cannot move them to the account you had and declared to be charged the commissions received for successful purchases through your UNIQUE COUPON.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The LSDD Digital Magazine, any of its Subdomains, and the Websites belonging to FEME COMPANY SA are not and will not be responsible for the use YOU give to your UNIQUE COUPON, as well as the use of your Affiliate links, Referrals, etc.
Our Company has a practical and committed CUSTOMER Service in favour of our Users/Customers; once the CUSTOMER has made a Purchase with Us, has identified himself, or has contacted us with Questions or Any Concerns or Advice you need, it is our responsibility to provide you with the attention you require.
Our Company offers our CUSTOMERS a friendly service and all the Service Guarantees.
Any disloyal, violent, aggressive, illegal act or any adverse action that YOU have personally committed with a CLIENT (your REFERRAL), it is not and will not be our responsibility to indemnify or compensate YOU or Our CLIENT in any way.
OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
OUR OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS EFFECTIVE AS OF MARCH 1, 2022.
ANY CHANGES IN THE SAME WILL BE NOTIFIED ON OUR WEBSITES AND WILL NOT ENTER FORCE UNTIL 7 DAYS AFTER PUTTING THE PUBLIC NOTICE.
WE REITERATE ONCE THE DATE ON WHICH THE CORRESPONDING MODIFICATION WILL TAKE EFFECT HAS PASSED (7 CALENDAR DAYS), IT WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFICATIONS MADE.
IF ANY MODIFICATION WE MAKE IS UNACCEPTABLE, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS TO RESOLVE IT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
AFTER THAT TIME HAS PASSED, YOUR ONLY REMEDY SHALL BE TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
